The day starts with a private camel ride or 4x4 transfer timed for sunset, so you can watch the dunes turn red from a ridge of your own. Your guide keeps a discreet distance on the way, so the sunset feels like your own moment rather than a group outing.

Back at camp, dinner can be served privately — in a quiet corner of the camp or on the sand with lanterns, where the camp allows. Candle and lantern set-ups, a celebration cake or small touches can be arranged on request. Then it is just the two of you and the night sky; stars are best around new moon and on clear nights. Desert nights can be cold from November to February, close to freezing at times, and summer days very hot. Camps are reached by camel or 4x4 over soft sand; tell us in advance about mobility needs so we can suggest the most accessible option. Camel rides carry health caveats (back problems, pregnancy, weight guideline set by the operator). Use a torch at night, keep tent zips closed against insects, and drink plenty of water.
